everyone has different fitness levels. And I for one am not the fastest at going up them. My wife is a mountain goat! So we have a deal she blazes ahead and waits for me at the top, or whenever she feels like waiting for me on the way up. 
I&#039;m also not the most slender of people (15st 10lbs), but if you take things at a pace right for yourself then it doesn&#039;t matter how long or steep the walk is, you will do it and enjoy it.
